  When you find a Realmgate during daily exploration or farming, you should try to remember its specific location for subsequent exploration. On the map, Realmgate is marked by a small icon that resembles an altar and glows blue when your controller’s cursor hovers over it. With endgame nodes clustered together, this node is likely to be overlooked, so memorizing its exact location is more effective than memorizing the locations of map nodes.

  How To Use Realmgate?

  Once you have found Realmgate after much hardship, you can challenge four Pinnacle Bosses unique to POE 2’s endgame by meeting different requirements. These requirements are roughly about collecting a certain number of rare items and talking to some specific NPCs.

  Below are the current Pinnacle Bosses that you need to go through Realmgate to see and the conditions they each require. It is important to note that since the conditions of some bosses require you to farm a certain item in large quantities, you should place some gear in your build to ensure that your health (or mana) is stable enough.

  If you do not encounter powerful enough gear during your exploration process, you can also invest some POE 2 Regal Orbs in the items you are already using in your build, which will increase its rarity and provide you with better gains.

  King In The Mists

  To meet this boss, you need to spend enough Tribute in the endgame map with Ritual Favor mechanic to get the rare item An Audience With King. Then you need to go to Crux of Nothingness and start your challenge.

  Olroth, Origin Of The Fall

  You need to find an NPC named Danning in Expedition map and recruit him to your Hideout. It is worth mentioning that this NPC spawns randomly on the map, so it may take some time to find him. After Danning joins, talk to him and you will get Level 79 and above character log required to activate Realmgate. After that, you can go to the new realm and challenge this Expeditions Pinnacle boss.

  Simulacrum

  The requirements for this boss are relatively simple. You only need to combine 300 Simulacrum Splinters you have cultivated and create a Simulacrum area at Realmgate. In this area, you’ll also need to create a new map, where you’ll need to defeat 15 waves of Delirium enemies in the horde-mode Pinnacle boss fight to complete it.

  Xesht, We That Are One

  As with Simulacrum, you’ll need to combine 300 Breach Splinters to create a Breachstone that can be used to activate Realmgate. Once activated, you can then head to Twisted Domain to take on this powerful Breach Pinnacle boss.
