  • Use Firestorm to Destroy Your Enemy in POE 3.21

Use Firestorm to Destroy Your Enemy in POE 3.21

    Apr 28, 2023

With the new changes to the Arcane Surge in POE 3.21, the Hierophant Ascendancy looks like a promising option for a classic caster build. It offers bonuses like additional cast speed, permanent power and endurance charges, and mana reservation efficiency, which are all versatile and valuable for various uses.

The Arcane blessing notable even grants 20% more spell damage, making it worth investing ascendancy points into. With this, you can also get the Arcane Surge buff even without spending mana for your spells, making it possible to use the Eldritch Battery Keystone and reserve 100% of your mana for auras.

The Firestorm spell in the game calls down a meteor that causes fiery storms in the targeted location, but you can only have up to three Firestorms active at a time. Why not try to use it with a low cost of POE Currency?

This build offers many bonuses to elemental spell damage, critical strikes, and cast speed, making it very effective. But if you don't like Firestorm, you can choose other elemental spells instead. The Firestorm spell is powerful and slow, making it great for inflicting ailments that can increase your damage and survivability.

To achieve this, you will need some specific items. The build also emphasizes defense, with high armor and evasion ratings, easy access to leech, and the Petrified Blood skill. Fire damage is not always the best choice for this build, so using different ailment effects can be more effective.

The build is cheap to start and has potential for improvement through gear investments such as using good unique POE Items, although they are not necessary for the build's mechanics. One impactful item is the Leadership's Price, which allows the player to inflict alternative ailments with their fire damage. It can also raise or lower maximum resistances, depending on its randomized roles, granting the player with Conflux if they balance their two highest attributes correctly.

With Conflux, the player can inflict all alternative ailments with just the fire damage of their Firestorm spell. While the Firestorm's delayed damage can be an issue against fast-moving monsters, it excels against big and stationary enemies and is a strong choice against bosses. The player's incoming damage is also redirected to their mana, which is now covered by energy shield. Overall, it is a versatile and effective spellcaster build with decent clear speed, lots of flat fire damage for spells, and fire penetration thanks to the Battle Mage notable.

This question pertains to a game strategy involving a staff called Annihilating Light that grants the player a 100% chance to deal triple damage but requires heavy investments in Elemental resistances. The Skin of the Lords gear grants a total of four gem levels and improves global defenses such as armor or evasion rating. The player can also use the Empower support to strengthen their abilities. To meet the criteria for blocking hits more often, the player can utilize a recent block to grant a decent bonus to their chance of blocking.

The Iron Will keystone is an option for randomized bonuses, but it's not necessary due to recent changes to the Breach feature. With the Ascendancy skill, the player will have permanent four Brutal Charges, and using the Enduring Cry skill can help them gain up to six charges during battles, with each charge granting a three percent chance to deal triple damage.

The Mark of the Shaper ring offers a lot of spell damage if the other ring is an Elder item; this bonus can be further enhanced with the use of catalysts. However, players lose the defensive value of Endurance charges with this build. The Brutal Restraint item provides lots of Dexterity, which is required in high amounts for gem requirements, and offers bonuses to Passive Tree Notables.

The Trader Keystone improves Flask sustain but comes at the cost of losing a Flask slot. Players using this build will use many auras and can pick up modifiers, with the best one being related to Zealotry. Defensive bonuses from Grace or Determination can also be useful for improving damage. To maximize the effectiveness of this build, players will need to acquire items with modifiers to their main gem levels, Critical Strike chance and multiplier, cast speed, and Elemental damage.

The Price of Leadership requires a specific amount of attributes, so players need to keep that in mind when acquiring new pieces of gear for defensive purposes.

To increase the player's Mana reservation efficiency, they can look for a rare helmet with proper Eldritch implicits and Essence modifiers, allowing them to use more auras than usual. A good rare weapon can grant up to five levels for the main gem and boost damage, cast speed, Critical Strike chance, and multiplier.

Fractured modifiers and Essences can aid players in crafting a powerful weapon. For armor, players should look for rare equipment with maximum life and resistances, possibly with Eldritch implicits to boost aura effects. As they progress, they can switch to a Sacrificial Garb for additional benefits, such as an easy plus one level to Vaal skill gems and the ability to add influence-specific modifiers. Players can also look for powerful modifiers on their rare boots, such as an additional Curse base, Critical Strike chance, and resistances to further increase their survivability.

  • It's Atlas Strategies for Magic Find in POE Crucible League

It's Atlas Strategies for Magic Find in POE Crucible League

    Apr 27, 2023

In Path of Exile Crucible League, I have a high-budget strategy for obtaining valuable POE Items while mapping, called the Headhunter on the Ground strategy.

This approach requires a build with a high magic find percentage to maximize its potential. However, it is not a cheap investment as it involves using the Wandering Path atlas tree. I will explain this strategy.

Specifically, I will focus on the eight-mod corrupted map farming aspect of this strategy.

I will explain how the Headhunter on the Ground strategy allows you to obtain eight-mod corrupted maps while magic finding.

These maps are required for the main magic find strategy. The 8-mod corrupted map farming aspect of this strategy is expensive, with a total cost of 13.4 exalts for 16 maps mainly due to the cost of sextants.

To use this approach, we will use four sections, which include two additional abyss maps, eight mod corrupted maps that can be found in your maps, 600% enraged strong boxes, and three additional rare and corrupted strong boxes. We will also use strong boss scarabs in the 8-mod strategy.

We can use cartography, Scarab, divination Scarab, Abyss Scarab, and Ambush Scarab to focus on mod-corrupted maps.

To make our maps as high-tier as possible, we will also use the atlas tree and singular focus, which lets us pick one map to farm for more rewards and POE Currency. Cemetery, Crimson Temple, and defiled cathedrals are good maps to farm using this approach. We can get Brother's gifts or Apothecary cards from doing about 200 maps using either strategy.

After testing, we find that defiled cathedral provides a little more value than Cemetery.

The strategy requires you to find eight Brother's gifts for every one Apothecary, so it's best to put more weight into finding the 40 Div card instead of the five gift card eight times when doing a magic find. Of course, it all depends on personal preference. Speaking in terms of profitability, I have found more success farming in defiled cathedral than Cemetery. The strategy mainly focuses on Abyss.

The Atlas tree is excellent for mod farming, and I got the idea. I want to note that there is a bug in abysses where the abyss can get stuck in a Crucible League, breaking the abyss and making it stationary.

Also, infinitibus, inspired by Stitch, can break, and the portal stays there, spawning basic white mobs repeatedly, giving you nothing. So, if an abyss is just spawning basic white mobs with nothing else happening, don't sit there waiting for it to break. That's how the eight-mod mapping strategy works. Let's move on to the other strategy.

This is the delirium farming strategy. Delirium has a passive area with increased Quant and Rarity, which we are focusing on in this strategy to get that extra increase.

We are using the Wandering Path Atlas tree strategy but not focusing on dropping maps but getting extra delirium rewards and putting extra points into Abyss. However, note that the difficulty significantly increases with the Delirium strategy, so your build might not be able to handle it.

I have encountered map bricks before, where I have bricked a couple of maps out of 200. So, one out of every 100 maps may break, but that's normal. If you think you're going to break a map or things are getting hard, you can either wait for the delirium to run out to decrease the difficulty or loot what you can and get out to make it not a total waste.

The delirium farming strategy costs 10.4 divines through 16 Maps, and nine chaos for each mod-corrupted map you're running.

If you're not farming them yourself, you can run four sextants on your map containing Mirror of Delirium, two abysses, and 600% increased strongboxes with three extra strongboxes, plus rare and corrupted strongboxes. In this strategy, we are using divination, Ambush, reliquary, and up-as-scarabs, replacing Cartography with Reliquary.

All of these scarabs should be gilded, and it's not worth using wings as they are too expensive. Instead, if you find winged scarabs, I suggest you use the hoarder crafting station for Ambush to roll them, and then take those into your maps whenever you find them. With the eight-mod plus delirium strategy, I have dropped one Apothecary so far in the first 16 maps

I have been running the delirium farming strategy for Apothecary cards since I started, and I have run about 60 maps so far, but I have only found one Apothecary. This is a solo Magic Find (MF) build that I could push even further to get more Apothecaries or even a major blood drop.

I did find a Headhunter during my Cemetery farming using this strategy with the help of a party booster, but I am unsure if the death of the party member had any influence on the Headhunter drop.

I was lucky with the eight-mod map strategy and dropped multiple raw Divines. At one point, I even dropped a double Taste of Hate along with a couple of seven years bad lucks, a Draguitar, and Enlightened.

This was all within a sample size of 16 maps, with 36 Innocent and 22 Lachrymal Necrosis. Generally, dropping Divine uniques like Aegis Auroras was common too. I even dropped a three white socket Oppressor, which I initially thought was an Anasa Squire.

It's funny that the best drop I got from the delirium strategy was a Storm Shroud, but I also got two Aegis Auroras, along with a bunch of other random Divine drops that were worth one to two orbs. I also got one Dragon Star, one Enlightened, the Apothecary card, two seven years bad lucks, 40 Innocents, and 12 Lachrymal Necrosis. All this was within a sample size of 16 maps. So that's pretty much my strategy.

  • How to Choose Our Jewels for the Crucible League Build Wisely?

How to Choose Our Jewels for the Crucible League Build Wisely?

    Apr 25, 2023

Jewels in Path of Exile Crucible League can enhance your character build, but new players should understand which ones to look for. Some jewels only offer small boosts, while others like Lethal Pride or the Watcher's Eye can be very powerful.

Beware that not all rare jewels are valuable though, and some may not be worth the investment. It's important to research and understand the different jewels to optimize your character build, and finding good jewels at a reasonable price can be challenging.

To increase the damage of our hardcore character, we need to search for jewels that increase maximum life. We can create a new stat group and add the count modifier to search for life and other helpful stats. If we want perfect and expensive jewels, we should know what we want in advance and search for different scenarios.

We can also provide POE Currency if you need. Sometimes our build guide will mention helpful stats, but we may need to figure out ourselves what enhances our build's damage. However, not all jewels are valuable, so we should focus on those that provide a significant boost to our build's performance and ignore the ones with small benefits.

If you're playing with fire damage, then fire damage will probably increase your build's effectiveness. You can go to Path of Building and open your build to see which custom modifiers affect your damage output. For example, increased area damage works well, but increased damage with two-handed weapons only affects the hit portion of our build, so it's not very useful to scale. By searching for increased damage, you can learn what scales your build and what doesn't.

Now that we have a better idea of what we're looking for, let's explore some of the options. We can search for increased damage over time, directly or indirectly, as well as time multiplier, chaos damage, attack speed, and critical strike chance. However, some stats may be weak for our build and not worth investing in. For example, air damage, chaos damage with attacks, or attack speed with bows might not be very helpful.

Overall, it's important to focus on jewels that provide significant benefits to our build, such as increased life, damage, or critical strike chance. By using custom modifiers and exploring different scenarios, we can find good jewels that enhance our build's performance and enable us to progress further in the game.

Now that we have a better idea of what we're looking for, let's search for jewels that have at least life and three helpful stats. We can use filters to find perfect jewels that are for sale, or we can look for jewels that have the potential to be corrupted for even greater benefits.

For example, we found one Divine Normal jewel that has seven percent of life and three helpful stats, including increased physical damage, increased attack speed, and increased damage over time. This is an incredibly powerful jewel that could greatly enhance our build.

Corrupting jewels can be risky, but it can also yield valuable results, such as increased reservation efficiency or immunity to corrupting blood. To find cheaper jewels, we can decrease our filters to two helpful stats and remove those that aren't very beneficial, such as attacking cast speed. This will give us more options to choose from and help us find jewels that are more cost-effective.

Overall, using filters and custom modifiers can help us find good jewels or POE Items that enhance our build's performance and give us an advantage in the game. We can also keep an eye out for more advanced filters and techniques to further improve our search results.

You can find powerful jewels for your build by using filters and custom modifiers. Even a jewel that costs just seven Chaos Orb can provide significant benefits, such as increased damage, maximum life, and area damage. Comparing these to the notables on the skill tree, jewels can beat out notables in terms of effectiveness and value.

For example, the Blood Siphon notable provides five percent life and twenty percent damage, but a jewel with a damage, area damage, and six percent life is much stronger. And if you can find a jewel with damage over time multiplier, it will be even more effective.

Jewels can also be a good option if you're not focusing on life, as they can enhance specific stats like cast speed or attack speed, which can be very beneficial. You can even add up to four stats on a jewel, depending on your needs.

Overall, using jewels can greatly improve your build's performance and give you an edge in the game. By exploring different filters and custom modifiers, you can find powerful jewels that are cost-effective and enhance your build's strengths.

If you're specifically looking for damage stats on jewels, you can still add in life, but this may increase the price significantly. For example, we didn't find any cheap four-set jewels that only have damage stats. However, there may be some builds that need modifiers like physical damage, which could have more beneficial stats.

One good example is a jewel that has triple damage stats, such as reservation efficiency, area damage, and attack speed with bows. This is a great option for just 2 Chaos Orbs, which is a good price for a jewel that provides so much benefit.

Sometimes, sellers may be price fixing or manipulating prices, so it's important to be aware of other stats that can be added to your jewel. Lightning resist, attack speed, chaos damage, and restoration are all types of filler stats that can help increase the value of your jewel.

Overall, by being strategic with the filters and custom modifiers you use, there are many great jewels that can provide valuable benefits to your build without breaking the bank.

  • How Juggernaut Choose Build in POE 3.21?

How Juggernaut Choose Build in POE 3.21?

    Apr 17, 2023

Juggernaut subclass in Path of Exile is renowned for its incredible resilience, making it one of the most sought-after Ascendancy class for the Marauder class.

This powerful subclass is built around stacking high amounts of armor, health regen, and resistance in order to endure even the toughest battles.

One skill that works exceptionally well with this playstyle is Righteous Fire, which creates a fiery aura around the character that damages nearby enemies, while also inflicting burning damage to the player. This combination of toughness and damage output makes the Juggernaut one of the most formidable subclasses in POE 3.21.

To counteract the self-inflicted burning damage caused by the powerful skill Righteous Fire, a significant investment in health regen is necessary. However, when optimized properly, this build becomes incredibly durable and can withstand even the most challenging content in the game without facing defeat.

Achieving such a high level of tankiness requires careful attention to detail, but the payoff is a character that can survive nearly anything the game throws at them with little POE Currency.

Righteous Fire Is a Chooice for Juggernaut

Righteous Fire is a powerful skill that deals fire damage to enemies in a radius surrounding the player, but it also inflicts burning damage to the player as long as it remains active. To sustain through this self-damage, a significant investment in health regen is necessary.

Although tempting as an easy-to-use skill, it requires careful management and strategic gameplay to be used effectively. Rather than simply walking up to enemies and waiting for them to die, a skilled player must pay close attention to their health bar and the enemy's movements to avoid being overwhelmed by the burning damage.

The Juggernaut subclass is a popular choice for those seeking the ability to regenerate health at a rate that can counteract the self-inflicted burning damage from Righteous Fire. Its high level of durability makes it an ideal pick, allowing players to easily withstand enemy attacks and stand close to them using Righteous Fire as an additional source of damage.

In addition, Fire Trap is often used in tandem with Righteous Fire to increase the build's overall damage output.

In Path of Exile, Juggernaut subclass is a top pick due to its potent abilities. Untiring ensures rapid health regeneration, while Unstoppable grants immunity to detrimental effects that could hinder action or movement speed. Furthermore, the Unbreaking passive skill allows a percentage of the maximum armor value to safeguard against elemental damage.

Combined, these abilities make the Juggernaut subclass an excellent choice for those seeking high durability in combat.

Endurance charges provide two key benefits for any character: increased elemental resistances, and physical damage reduction. With the Unyielding, Unflinching, and Unrelenting passive skills, characters can further enhance the benefits of these charges, providing bonuses that are closely tied to their mechanics.

For example, Unyielding increases the duration of endurance charges and grants additional physical damage reduction, while Unrelenting increases the number of charges a character can have, providing even greater resistances and damage mitigation.

This Path of Exile build is a popular favorite among players participating in the Crucible League, as well as previous leagues. Known for its straightforward gameplay and formidable defense strategies, it requires minimal gear to perform at its best, making it an excellent choice for players looking for an easy-to-use league starter build.

In Path of Exile, players have the option to enhance both their damage output and defenses by making greater investments. For example, the Brass Dome body armor is a valuable asset that provides high maximum resistance, and when paired with the Unbreakable passive skill, it grants the build the ability to withstand some of the most lethal elemental attacks in the game.

The Legacy of Fury boots are a useful item that causes enemies to explode upon death, simplifying the process of clearing enemy packs and taking out stragglers. Additionally, players should prioritize acquiring a scepter with +2 levels to fire gems to maximize damage potential.

It is recommended to add other fire damage and damage over time modifiers to the gear for optimal crafting. This strategy will help enhance the performance of the build even further.

  • Introduction To Five Minion Builds in Path of Exile 3.21 Crucible League

Introduction To Five Minion Builds in Path of Exile 3.21 Crucible League

    Apr 15, 2023

Minion builds are some of the most enjoyable and fulfilling builds to play in Path of Exile's Crucible League. While any class is capable of summoning units to support them in battle, some classes excel at it more than others. In my opinion, minion builds are the best way to experience the game. You can choose to summon either large hordes of minions or a single powerful ally to crush your enemies. While these builds may not always be the most effective against bosses, they offer a gratifying and entertaining gameplay experience.

In POE 3.21 begins, many are eager to learn which builds are capable of finding success. While this list is by no means comprehensive, it aims to highlight some notable minion builds that may pique your interest. Keep in mind that these builds may not be the absolute strongest in the game, but they are unique and worth exploring. If you can discover the advantages of Minion builds and master them well, maybe you can farm more POE Currency and other rare materials in the next journey. Take a look and see if any of these builds catch your eye.

    1. Templar Animate Weapon

One interesting minion build in Path of Exile is Animate Weapon, which combines elements of Raise Zombie and Raging Spirit. Essentially, you can animate a weapon that has been identified, and it will track down and kill your enemies. This build can be used with weapons dropped by enemies, or by using skills like Ethereal Knives/Bladefall to animate the Lingering Blades those skills leave behind.

In POE 3.21, using Triad Grip can be a useful strategy to convert minion damage from physical to an elemental type, such as fire. This is because physical damage can be hindered by damage reduction and resistance, whereas elemental damage offers a variety of useful tools to counteract these obstacles. For example, you can use Combustion Support, run a curse that reduces weaknesses, use Scorch, or even utilize the Elemental Army skill. Keep in mind that this strategy is not foolproof and may not be the best fit for every style, but it's worth considering if you're looking to strengthen your minion build.

One of the benefits of this specific Path of Exile minion build is its affordability and level of safety during gameplay. However, a potential downside is its reliance on summoning new weapons when entering a new area, which some players may find tedious. Despite this inconvenience, the strength of the build makes it a worthwhile option for anyone interested in the POE 3.21.

    2. Witch Summon Skeletons

Witch/Necromancer summon skeletons build is one of my personal favorites to play in Path of Exile. With this build, you can summon an overwhelmingly large number of minions, making it a formidable choice for the Crucible League. In my experience, it's an incredibly effective build that rarely misses the mark. Give it a try and see if this minion build is right for you.

Summon skeletons build allows for an unfair amount of minions in Path of Exile's Crucible League, with the ability to overwhelm opponents using the Punishment curse. It's a straightforward and enjoyable build that takes advantage of swarming strategies.

    3. Holy Flicker Strike Necromancer (Holy Relic)

This build is designed for either Guardian or Necromancer, but the creator recommends Necromancer for a more satisfying experience. As someone who loves Necromancer, I may be a bit biased, but in my opinion, Necromancer is the way to go for this build.

This Path of Exile Crucible League build centers around the use of Holy Relic and Flicker Strike. By summoning Holy Relic and triggering the Holy Nova attack with Flicker Strike, players can ensure a reliable and effective attack, which some consider to be the best skill for this combo. While this strategy can be taxing on your cooldowns, Frenzy Charges can be utilized to help alleviate this issue.

This Path of Exile build utilizes Flicker Strike, Multistrike, and Ancestral Call to hit multiple targets and build Frenzy Charges. For single-target fights, the player can use Static Strike, which counts each beam as an attack.

    4. Necromancer Raging Spirits

Necromancer Raging Spirits build in Path of Exile utilizes Minion Instability and the Tavukai Unique Amulet to cause the summoned minions to take continuous damage and detonate upon death. Pairing this with Infernal Legion support ensures that their damage upon detonation is based on their maximum HP. This strategy can be used to build a powerful and effective build that doesn't rely on keeping minions alive.

That is a powerful Crucible League build that requires some decent gear and is not ideal as a starter build. However, it can do almost everything except farming, and is straightforward to use. The strategy of causing the summoned spirits to explode and take enemies with them is satisfying to watch.

    5. Guardian Beefy Zombie/Towering Titans

When it comes to Path of Exile Crucible League builds, I prefer ones that make me feel safe and allow me to easily clear waves. However, some builds require multiple unique items to be effective.

This POE 3.21 build is capable of easily and effectively defeating both bosses and enemy waves. It requires a high strength of around 1500 to truly excel. It's an advanced build, but highly enjoyable and satisfying to play.

This Path of Exile build focuses on maximizing strength to support a horde of zombies and skeletons. The combat is simple as the player can just resummon minions and cast Flesh Offering when needed. The player can also use Shield Charge, Leap Slam, or Frost Blink for mobility. There is a debuff for bosses, but the minions can do most of the work.

These Path of Exile builds for Crucible League are incredibly powerful, with the minion builds in particular being dominant. Although there is much to learn about these builds, this is just a glimpse of what they have to offer. Regardless of your preferred style, these builds offer various ways to succeed in the game.
