Hey guys, today I would like to introduce one of my favorite builds in Path of Exile 3.19, the Herald of Thunder Elementalist, let's just go straightforward, firstly about the uniques we used, 

Annihilating Light, if you can't afford it, you can feel free to try to get a Cane of Kulemak, the point is big increasing lightning damage, the 22% chance to deal double damage is really good. So pick which one you want deal with, and that's going be your main weapon.

Crown of the Inward Eye, it doesn't have to be perfect roll, just get something you need. This unique is one of the most important things in this build, almost irreplaceable.

Inpulsa's Broken Heart, this is big increasing damage item, definitely going to be the best in slot as well.

Storm's Gift, the implicits are not very important, you can just found some ones you like, of course the last three lines would be important if you care about lightning resistant.

Two Storm Secret Rings are also required, you better have a perfect roll like Harold of Thunderstorms hit enemies with 50% increase frequency, this means that your Herald of Thunder is going off twice as much, because each ring is 50 and 50. Anything with increased lightning damage is always going to be good, but it is more important to make your Herald of Thunder go off as many times as possible.

Then about the Amulet, Pain Charm is recommended to you for capacity on all attribute increasing and plusing one level to all lightning skill.

Then we have our boots, Apocalypse Goad,  you need just moving speed, chaos resistance and one of the elemental resistance, the implicits doesn't really matter, just took life regen and some movement speed.

Finally the belt, Dragon Tether, this is where you get the last big elemental resistance plus a chaos resistance roll, just making sure you have some life on there, and movement speed as well like boots.

Let's move on to the gems, on your main weapon, you can use Cast When Damage Taken Support, Punishment, Anomalous Crackling Lance, Conductivity, Awakened Hextouch Support and Anomalous Arctic armor.
In the helmet, Cast When Damage Taken Support, Vaal Cold Snap, Increased Duration Support and Anomalous Immortal Call.
In the body, it's a full six link, Empower Support, Herald the Thunder, Awakened Elemental Focus Support, Awakened lightning Penetration Support, Awakened Added Lightning Damage and Energy Leech Support.
For Gloves, Lifetap Support, Flame Dash, Phase Run and Increased Duration. Some people might like frost link or something else, just get whatever your preference.
In the boots, Anomalous Cast When Damage Taken Support, Divergent Purifying Flame, Divergent Wave of Conviction and Divergent Culling Strike.

Next is about the Ascendancy

Finally Let's look at Pantheon, what am I using for this is Soul of Lunaris. You know Pantheon is meant to adjust with the content that you're supposed to be doing, for example, you don't have any immunity for burning ground, then you should probably use Soul of Abberath right, so just keep that in mind. By the way you need to get to level 68 in order to make this build happen, because most of your End Game Gear need at least over 60 level.

So many of you guys may know bow builds have been around Path of Exile for a very long time, and with a strong demand for powerful, fast-moving builds in every League, bow builds have always been a staple within the POE meta.

But one of the biggest problems with running a bow build is that you have very poor single target damage, thus I use the Storm Rain Ballista. So do you want extremely fast clear speed? Lightning arrows got you covered; do you want boss melting single Target DPS? Storm rain will do the trick. Do not say no more, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the Lightning Arrow Storm Rain Deadeye.

Generally speaking, to gear up this build you're gonna need a lot, sorry guys this ain't no casual build. To start off we're going to be running Crystallized Omniscience, this means that we're going to be looking for a lot of stat attributes on our gear, alternatively you can also use the Amulet of the Mind Goblin. For our bow we have a Gale Stinger, with chance to increase attack speed and chance to deal double damage. For the quiver you want at the minimum an additional arrow mod and high lightning damage. And do not forget craft yourself some of rings with T1 stats life and non-channeling skills could reduced Mana cost.

Next we'll want High spell suppression on our boots, body armor and gloves. Make sure the gloves also have a high accuracy rating, life and attack speed. You'll notice that my boots also have the Elusive and Onslaught mods, which help out quite a bit in damage and clear speed.

Finally we have our uniques, for the helmet you want a Black Sun Crest with a Lightning Arrow enchant, and as high of a stat roll as you can get. The same goes for our Cyclopean Coil, which also happens to provide freeze immunity for our build.

To all the casual players out there, this build unfortunately does not have a very linear progression, it takes quite a bit of investment to get it up and running. Meanwhile, many people will find that it's not super enjoyable in the earlier phases, but for those of you who love the long-term rewards, the Lightning Arrow is perfect for you.
