Witch is a new class in Path of Exile 2 and has undergone some major changes compared to the original. Witch is now positioned as the class with the most minions to choose from. She can intuitively command a large undead army, which is a far-reaching change. Rushing into large, challenging battles is now a little more fun.
You can automatically summon most of your minions, maintaining a large army of monsters on the battlefield. Summoning minions only costs Spirit, freeing up your mana and giving you more flexibility when facing multiple enemies.

Abilities

Bone Storm
Charge up Bone Storm and fire it at an enemy, which can deal heavy damage to a single target.
Contagion
Attack an enemy with Contagion debuff, causing continuous damage. When an enemy dies from Contagion, the infection spreads to other enemies. The longer the infection spreads, the more damage it causes. Minions summoned from infected corpses automatically carry the infection and spread it when attacking enemies.
Essence Drain
Essence Drain debuff is similar to Contagion, but it only affects enemies that have already been infected with Contagion, dealing extra damage to enemy units.
Pain Offering
Sacrificing one of your minions grants buffs to other members of your army, making them faster and more powerful.
Profane Ritual
Profane Ritual allows you to use leftover corpses after a battle to generate Power Charges. This allows you to use enhanced versions of some skills.

Witch Build
While it is not clear which Witch build is the best choice in Path of Exile 2, based on what we have seen in Necromancer path, it is the best build so far, although some details may change in the future.
As a Necromancer Witch, the type of enemies you encounter in each battle will determine which minions you need to summon. Your army needs to relieve you by dealing a lot of damage and taking on the bulk of the combat for you. It must also be strong enough to withstand continuous attacks. You need to use Bone Storms carefully on the battlefield, otherwise you may become a prime target.
It is recommended that you equip at least two Skeletal Warriors for each type of special minion you summon. Skeletal Warriors form the core of your army, providing continuous damage output and effective protection. If your micromanagement abilities are strong enough, it is recommended to have more specialized units. At the very least, you need to make sure not to ignore Skeletal Warriors and make full use of their unique powers.
More importantly, you need to make full use of the minions with special abilities. For example, Skeletal Sniper has a poisonous arrow that can be used to create a deadly gas cloud. Skeletal Arsonists can detonate themselves for massive damage.
But you need to spot them when they are about to die in order to maximize this deadly ability. You need to consider not only your own abilities when playing Witch, but also the abilities of your minions and how they can assist you in combat.
You need to regularly apply Contagion and Essence Drain to individual minions. Over a long fight, these sustained damage abilities will gradually accumulate to deal tremendous damage.
Similarly, using Unearth from time to time can also add extra power to your team. Also, remember to time your offering abilities just before your minions are about to die, so that you can extend your unit’s life as much as possible and get the benefits of spells such as Pain Offering.
